Your first breathwork session will likely feel unfamiliar — and that is perfectly okay. We will begin with a brief check-in, move through a guided breathing pattern, and close with integration time. Most people leave feeling calm, clear, and surprisingly energised.
Before You Arrive
Wear comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal in the two hours beforehand. Bring water and an open mind. There is nothing you need to do or achieve — just show up.
During the Session
You will be guided through a rhythmic breathing pattern. Physical sensations are common: tingling in the hands, warmth in the chest, or lightness in the head. These are normal and will pass. You are always in control.
Emotions may surface. Some people cry; some laugh; some feel nothing at all. All responses are valid. Your practitioner is there to support whatever arises.
After the Session
Take time to rest and integrate. Drink water, eat grounding foods, and avoid rushing back into a busy schedule if you can. The insights from a session often continue to unfold over the following days.
